Upon arrival to theMoscowyou will be met by driver and transferred to the hotel.

After lunch we offer you a City Tour. The tour will start in the heart of the city, at the Red Square. After observing St.Basil’s Cathedral, Lenin Mausoleum, the StateHistorical Museum and other sights of the area we move along the Moskva River embankment. On the way, we offer you to enjoy views of Kremlin and continue to the Cathedral of the Christ the Savior, Novodevichiy Convent, Moscow State University. You will visit the Sparrow Hills observation spot opens outstanding view onMoscow. Then we are going to travel to the Memorial Complex at Poklonnaya Hill and Victory Park, Triumphal Arch,Kutuzov Avenue, New Arbat, Boulevard Ring,Pushkin Square,Tverskaya Street and we will finish our tour at the Manezhnaya Square.

Acquaintance with Moscow. The day begins with the City Tour followed by a tour to Novodevichiy Convent.

See the famous landmarks and major sights of Russia’s most dynamic city, drive to Sparrow Hills for a splendid view of the Moscow Riverand the city below.

Novodevichiy Convent is one of the finest examples of the 16-19th century architecture and it is located on the territory of a former convent for ladies of noble birth. The convent is connected with the major events in Russian history throne between Peter the Great and his troublesome sister Princess Sophia and the events of the War of 1812. There is a history and arts museum on the Moscow Metropolit, and a home for nuns who are restoring the tradition of nunnery.

After lunch we offer you to visit Tretyakov Gallery , one of the most celebrated and extensive collections of Russian art and artifacts in the world. The gallery was named after the financier and entrepreneur Pavel Tretyakov (1832-98), who donated approximately 2000 works of Russian art from his own private collection to the city ofMoscow at the end of the 19th century. Rest of the day is fee to explore the Russian Capital on your own.

Walk the Kremlin grounds, visit couple of landmark churches, Cathedral of the Assumption where Russian tsars and imperators were crowned, Annunciation and Archangel was the burial place for Grand Princes; Church of the deposition of the Robe; the Patriarch’s Chambers; Ivan the Great Bell Tower. The world-famous Tsar Canon and Tsar Bell became symbols of Moscow, and at the Senate Square, one can see buildings of former Senate and Arsenal (monument of architecture of Peter the Great time). The Great Kremlin Palace used to be a residence of Russian tsars and imperators; nowadays it is a residence of Russian President.

Armory. You will visit the world famous museum-treasure occupies the specially constructed building of the middle XIX century. It has unique collection of ancient state regalia, gold and silver utensils, Tsars apparels and sacerdotal robes, weapons, luxury carriages and harness.

After lunch we offer you to visit Diamond Fund where you can see Tsars regalia, the crown of the Russian Empire, Russian and foreign medals, the biggest gold and platinum bars found inRussia, giant diamonds, numerous pieces of jewelry.

Our day begins with the tour to the town of Sergiev Posad , formerly known asZagorsk . You will visit the world famous Trinity Lavra of St.Sergey – the “Russian Vatican ”. The Trinity consists of St.Trinity Cathedral, Assumption Cathedral and Refectory . Free time to wander the ancient town of your own before returning toMoscow .
